My name is Ibrahim, and I am a father of a family of 4 members 👨👩👧👦. We miraculously survived a brutal war of genocide and ongoing famine, but today, we are fighting another harsh battle just to stay alive.
We lost our home completely after it was bombed and destroyed 🏚️, turning our once-stable life into a bitter, daily struggle. We are now living inside a worn-out tent ⛺ that offers no protection from the harsh heat or cold. Despite its terrible condition, we are forced to pay a very high rent 💵 just to secure this small space to lay our heads.
📌 The Reality of Our Daily Struggle:
👧👶 My Innocent Children: I am the proud father of Ahmad (3 years old) and Lilly (9 months old). My children do not understand the meaning of war; they only know hunger. They are in desperate need of basic necessities that no father should ever have to see his children deprived of. They urgently need baby food, milk, biscuits, and diapers 🍼👶.
🤰 My Wife (Noor): My wife is a nursing mother. Throughout her pregnancy, she suffered from severe malnutrition and constant dizziness due to the acute food shortage 🤕. To this day, she needs special nutrition and healthcare to be able to breastfeed our baby girl.
🚰 The Water Crisis: To get a single drop of clean water for drinking or washing, I have to walk long, grueling distances 🏃♂️💨 daily to carry it back to our tent.
🦟 Health and Environment Hazards: Due to living in a tent surrounded by pests, fleas, and rodents, my children are currently suffering from severe itching and painful skin diseases 😢. We are completely helpless and unable to afford the necessary medications and treatments 💊.
