Let me start off by saying that I was really trying to avoid having to do one of these EVER in my life but here I am. It's not for me, it's for my brother Jason Osborne. I know alot of you are probably unaware that I have another brother, but I have a brother and sister from my dad and another marriage.
Jason is a 45 year old Dad of 2, an 17yr old girl and 11 yr old boy. He has alot of responsibilities, people who need him and love him. ❤️
My brother Jason has a hard past, after our Dad passed pretty suddenly of brain cancer, Jason started rebelling. Hanging out with the wrong people which led him down the wrong roads and into trouble. He ended up receiving 2 strikes as a young man. He did his time, he did Fire Camp while in prison, working on fires and clean ups. He completed his time and after being released managed to obtain a fulltime job working in Construction building high rise buildings in the Sacramento area.
He was doing well until May 2020 when he received a frantic call from his gf asking him to hurry home because the neighbor was hurting their cat.
This had been an ongoing problem with this particular neighbor for some time.
My brother reacted as anybody would. However because of his background it led to him being arrested and charged with 5 charges all potentially sending him to prison for LIFE because IF convicted he would receive a 3rd strike.
We hired a private atty immediately for 10K however that atty has never filed one single motion on behalf of Jason in 2 years. That's why I'm coming to ya'll now... I need your help, WE need your help.
I found another atty who is AMAZING! She is a real firecracker 🧨 and I feel confident she won't take our $ and run this time. But because the first lawyer ripped us off and then left us high & dry its been tough coming up with more. Out of the goodness of her heart she has agreed to payments... as long as they keep coming she will keep working. No matter how big, or small. We have managed to come up with some but I really need your all help. I can't do it alone. 😪
