Aurora is preparing to return to the National American Miss Virginia State Pageant this July, and we are working hard to make this incredible opportunity possible for her once again.
Over the last year, this experience has become about so much more than crowns and dresses. Through National American Miss, Aurora has gained confidence, public speaking and interview skills, lifelong friendships, and opportunities to give back to the community. Watching her grow into a stronger, more confident young woman has been one of the greatest blessings as her mom.
Aurora has always had a kind heart and a creative spirit. She loves art, music, animals, and being involved in her school community. Through pageants, she has learned how to step outside of her comfort zone, believe in herself, and use her voice with confidence.
While the registration fee has already been paid, there are still many expenses involved with attending the state pageant, including travel, lodging, meals, wardrobe, and preparation costs. We are reaching out to our family, friends, community, and supporters to help make this journey possible for her.
