EMPOA has created a "Financial Hardship Assistance Committee" to ease the burden of our residence in the case of disaster, traumatic events, medical disability or general financial hardship. Payment arraignments along with the waiver of late fees may not always be enough to get some folks by in which case, their annual dues can be subsidized through this fund. All financial assistance must be applied for annually and the committee will evaluated each applicant on a case by case basis.
