In April 2021, two parents hired the Tucker Hull Law Firm to legally fight for normalcy in schools, specifically against masking. Their lawsuit was filed in May 2021 against Central Bucks School District (CBSD). Thanks for their efforts, by June, CBSD and other surrounding school districts were MASK OPTIONAL. The pressure of the active lawsuit was successful in making schools repeal their policies when no other efforts work.
Unfortuately, last month, the Bucks County Commissioners and State officials again pressured school districts to impose mask mandates. On August 31st, the Secretary of Health instituted and unwarranted statewide school mask mandate. Pennsylvania Law is untested in this area; therefore; NOW IS THE TIME to challenge Governor Wolf and the State School Mask Mandate with a state lawsuit.
Tucker Hull believes that this mask mandate has no legal standing, and they are one of the only law firms in Pennsylvania willing to challenge it. Once they have successfully challenged the state, they will again refocus on their school district lawsuits to change their mask policies. Either way, Tucker Hull is handling BOTH the state and some PA school district lawsuits, and many children will be helped through this fundraiser. All funds will go directly to their law firm.
