Supported Living Solutions is a Las Vegas based Non-Profit with the mission to improve the lives & financial stability of our developmentally and physically disabled friends. We partner with the state of Nevada's Department of Employment Training and Rehabilitation, Health & Human Services, and The Disabled Veterans of America to train & employ disabled individuals in our community.
A 2021 survey by the American Network of Community Options and Resources, an advocacy group for providers that support those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, found that because of staffing shortages, more than three-quarters of service providers were turning away new referrals of disabled adults looking for employment training and assistance.
With a knowledgeable staff with nearly two decades of experience, we have directly experienced the challenges of red tape, waitlists, and support staff turnover. Supported Living Solutions provides a solid foundation that paves the way to success for our most vulnerable citizens. We need your help in raising funds for office space, payroll, and transportation assistance for our disabled population to gain employment in the community. In addition to our direct hires, we will provide employment opportunities in the community, skill building, and training. This service is free of charge to anyone with a developmental or physical disability. Website development, digital advertising, social media, and customer service are just a handful of the skills our training program focuses on. With your donation, Supported Living Solutions will create jobs and financial opportunities for people willing to work for it.
