I started remodle my home I am just about there.  This home is 70% finished .my wife and I have painted the doown stairs an the up stairs we have remodle half of the master bath 2,500 to go down stairs and the up stairs hard wood are finish just two  room to go about $900.00 to finish, the hall bathroom about $ 1000.00 and $300.00 to finish the stairs.the multiroom about $1500.
