This June, I have the incredible opportunity along with other upcoming Junior and Senior teammates, to travel to Nicaragua on a mission trip with the Princeton High School football team and coaches. This will be the sixth time the team has been blessed with the chance to make this journey, building relationships and serving communities that have become very special to them over the years.
While we are there, we will spend our time volunteering in local villages, working alongside families, encouraging students, and sharing our faith and love with the people in the community. This trip is about much more than travel — it’s about service, connection, and making a lasting impact in the lives of others while allowing the experience to change us as well.
The total cost of the trip is approximately $2,000. About $1,100 will cover lodging, meals, ground transportation, and supplies needed for our mission work while we are there. The remaining $900 will go toward airfare, which can fluctuate slightly due to changing airline prices.
