My name is Mark West, and I am reaching out during one of the most difficult times our family has ever faced. We recently experienced the unexpected loss of my stepdaughter, Nicole Layne. Her passing has left our family heartbroken and trying to make sense of a loss that came far too soon.
Nicole was a bright young woman who was still finding her way in life. She had a kind heart, a beautiful spirit, and a deep love for her child. Being a mother meant everything to her, and she always wanted to build a better future for herself and her family. Despite the challenges she faced, Nicole continued to try, continued to hope, and continued to love.
As we now prepare to lay Nicole to rest, we are facing the emotional pain of losing her along with the unexpected financial burden of funeral expenses. We are not asking for much — only support to help give Nicole the respectful and peaceful farewell she deserves.
