My name is Alondra. Before all of this happened, I was studying psychology in criminal justice and working at a daycare caring for 4-year-olds. I’m 24 years old—a young woman with a deep love for life.
It all started with back pain that lasted for a whole month. I was in and out of the hospital, not knowing what was wrong. Then one day, I had a fever of 104 degrees, and they admitted me to the hospital. That’s when they found a tumor in my kidney.
The cancer had already spread to my bones, especially in my spinal cord. This led to an emergency surgery, but sadly, I lost my ability to walk on my own. It’s been a hard journey losing that independence, but I’m fighting every day with hope and strength.
I’m sharing my story to raise awareness about sarcoma and to ask for support—not just for me, but for everyone battling this rare cancer. Your kindness and generosity can help me cover medical expenses and contribute to research that may save lives.
Thank you for standing with me and believing in a brighter future.
