Please Help Our Friend Susan Tehel Greenberg
Sometimes life gets tough, and even the strongest people need a little help. Today, we’re asking for support for our dear friend Susan Tehel Greenberg. At our age, none of us should have to struggle this hard, yet Susan is facing challenges no one deserves.
After a long and difficult year and a half without work, Susan finally secured a new job. But just as things were beginning to look hopeful, her car broke down — leaving her with no reliable way to get to work except depending on friends and coworkers for rides.
Susan’s son, Alex, who lives with her and has been supporting her throughout her time without a job, recently lost his job of 18 years. With both of their incomes gone or uncertain, the bills have begun piling up. Their utilities are close to being shut off, and most urgently, they’ve fallen behind on rent. They now have a ticking clock as they try to buy a little more time to get caught up.
We all know Susan. We all know her heart. She has always been there for others — now it’s our turn to be there for her.
