Help Save Coco – My Lifeline and Emotional Support
Hi, my name is Angelica, and I'm reaching out with a heavy heart and a desperate plea for help.
My sweet cat, Coco, has been my best friend and emotional support for the past five years. She came into my life during a time when I was struggling deeply with my mental health, and an extremely abusive relationship. I was considering something terrible, and she saved me from the darkest moments. Now, she needs life-saving surgery, and I am doing everything I can to save her.
Coco recently developed a severe infection in her uterus, and the only way to save her is through an urgent and extensive surgery. The cost of the surgery and her hospital stay has climbed to over $10,000, and despite having pet insurance, the costs must be paid out of pocket upfront. I have exhausted every available option, maxed out the credit I was approved for, and I am heartbroken knowing that without these funds, I could lose her.
Life has been incredibly tough lately. I recently gave birth, and my husband is working two jobs just to keep up with our bills. To make things even harder, I lost my job when the restaurant I worked at shut down. With everything going on, Coco's love and companionship have been a source of comfort and strength. I cannot imagine my life—or my children's lives—without her by our side.
I would do anything to save Coco, even if it means going into debt, but I am at a point where I have no other options. I am humbly asking for your help. Every dollar brings us closer to saving her life and giving her a chance to come home to the family who loves her so much.
