Hello! My name is Arianna Service and I’m currently finishing up my senior year of high school. I am competing for the title Miss Washington County in a scholarship pageant! For my Social Impact Initiative, I will be teaching kids important life skills before they are required to use them. What has driven me to move forward with this project, is multiple traumatic experiences I had growing up. Looking back at these experiences, I have realized that I was not prepared or confident enough to stand up for myself. Therefore, I have vouched to make sure that I will do what it takes to ensure that fewer and fewer children will feel this way. To make this possible, I will be advocating for free self defense classes in my city for both children and adults. I hope that you can help me make this possible by helping me raise the money for the city to pay for these professional teachers!
