Hello Family, Friends, and Brothers and Sisters in the Lord!
We are excited to share an incredible opportunity the Lord has set before our family to serve this summer! Lord willing, for five days in late June 2026, we will be traveling to Honduras with Cornerstone Rockwall Church to partner with Serve Hope International and the local Honduran church.
Like last year, our team will be sharing the Gospel and delivering water filters to families in need. In addition, this year we have the blessing of building two homes for local families. We are truly humbled and grateful to be part of what God is doing in the Siquatepeque community!
We would deeply appreciate prayer partners as we prepare for and embark on this mission.
Specifically, please we ask for prayers for:
- Meaningful opportunities to share the Gospel,
- Safe travel, both in the air and on the ground,
- Open hearts within the communities we serve, and
- Wisdom and discernment as we meet both physical and spiritual needs.
Additionally, to make this trip possible, each member of the team needs to raise $1,900 individually by May 25th to secure airfare, building materials, and water filters. Would you prayerfully consider supporting us? Every gift, no matter the size, truly makes a difference!
Thus far we have been actively fundraising locally and my family of 4 is still about $2,500 short, and combined, all of those going on the trip from our church are about $18,000 short, so I am turning to on-line fundraising. If more is raised than my family needs, it will be distributed among others going on this same trip.
