Running for the Wounded Warriors
This year, myself and a couple of friends are running a marathon with a purpose—to support the brave men and women who have sacrificed so much in service to our country.
The Wounded Warriors community is made up of veterans who returned home with visible and invisible wounds from their time in the military. Many face long roads of recovery, rehabilitation, and reintegration into civilian life. Organizations that support wounded warriors provide critical resources including physical rehabilitation, mental health support, career assistance, and community programs that help veterans rebuild their lives.
Training for 26.2 miles is a challenge, but it’s nothing compared to the strength and resilience these veterans show every day. Every mile we run is dedicated to honoring their service and helping raise funds to support programs that improve their quality of life.
If you’re able, please consider donating or sharing this page. Your support helps provide life-changing resources to veterans and their families who have given so much for all of us.
Thank you for helping us run with a purpose and support those who have served our country.
