Hello. I am a single Native mother of a 2 year old. I had helped my daughter's father open a Verizon account back in 2021 when we were still together. He has recently stopped paying the bill and I cannot cancel the account until it is paid in full. The past due $401 and there are two devices that haven't been paid off which are $1500. The total of $1900 has to be paid before I can cancel the account. I work part time from home. I do not and have never received any financial assistance from him and cannot file child support as he has no address. Anything helps greatly to reduce this burden for me and my daughter. Thank you.
