Help A Single Mom Secure Reliable Transportation

I’m a single mother who just gave birth on may 23rd. My boss of 8 years passed away, then I found out I was high risk pregnancy and couldn’t work . I do take care of my grandfather who has declined in health starting in January, I also help my grandmother take care of her sister who is fully disabled full time . As well as being a single mother, a recently new college student online and part time work cleaning condos on Saturdays. I do not have a car, I am trying to save up any extra money to get a car so I don’t have to spent money getting a ride to doctors appointments, work, etc. I am on government assistance to get food and medical assistance for my child and I . However, having a full plate and not having a vehicle has been very hard to manage. In the long run it would help me have more money for my child and I if I was able to buy a cheap car that will get me where I need to go. Any help is always appreciated greatly.
