My stepfather, Mike, was recently on vacation and had some severe nose bleeds that brought him into the hospital. After testing, they found a large invasive tumor in his sinuses. He is currently in New York and has been admitted to the hospital. Depending on pathology, his care team will be putting together an extensive treatment plan. Mike is expected to be in New York indefinitely. He cannot fly home and driving many hours in a car is not an option. He and my mom are optimistic about his outcome as they wait to hear his final treatment plan and prognosis.
Mike is a strong, proud person and doesn't ever ask for help. Whatever donations he receives will help tremendously as it will go towards medical bills and loss of income as he cannot work. He currently does not have health insurance but his boss, Beaver, is working on getting him covered. ANY and ALL donations will be greatly appreciated. It's going to be rough time for them, any bit of help will go a long way. Please keep Mike and my family in your prayers as we endure what storm comes his way.
