My name is Musaasizi Stuart, a father who never imagined I would one day be writing a message like this. Today, I am reaching out with a heavy heart but also with hope, because my son Jerome is fighting for his life.
Jerome is more than just my son—he is a bright, loving child who brings joy to everyone around him. He has a beautiful smile, a curious mind, and dreams that are only just beginning to take shape. But recently, our lives changed in ways we could never have prepared for. Jerome was diagnosed with cancer.
Since that day, everything has been a whirlwind of hospital visits, tests, and difficult conversations. Watching your child go through pain and uncertainty is something no parent should ever experience. Yet, Jerome continues to show incredible strength and courage. The doctors have given us hope. There is a treatment plan that could save Jerome’s life—but it comes at a cost far beyond what we can afford as a family. We need to raise $105,000 to cover his treatment, medication, and the care he urgently needs.
