I’ve been diagnosed with Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP), a rare autoimmune disease that attacks the nerves and causes weakness, pain, and fatigue. Treatments are ongoing and often very expensive, including infusions, medications, and specialist care.
