Hi guys! I’m creating this fund to help a kind sweet stray cat get a second chance at life, heal from an injured paw, and find a loving forever home.
This little guys name is Beau and he’s been living under my shed for atleast a year, but within the past 3 weeks he has allowed us to touch him, hold him, feed him and show him the love he deserves! He’s really blossomed into the sweetest kindest cat who I know would thrive in a peaceful home getting the care he deserves. I’m not sure if he’s ever had a home and it breaks my heart. He is a tiny baby and looks to be atleast 4-5 years old. I’ve been feeding him lots of food to get his strength up but it’s hard for me to keep up with the cost as well as my own cats costs. I’m struggling with my own finances but will never let an animal suffer right in front of me.
He will need to be neutered, get vaccines, be tested for leukemia and FIV, flea and tick treatment, ear mite treatment, and treatment for a swollen wounded front paw. If this fund makes enough I would love to try to get him a temporary shelter outside while I work on getting his forever home or a foster. I have a few people lined up to help me and foster if necessary currently but please understand I’m doing my best since his health status is unknown. I just really want to do what I can to help get this baby healthier for now and placed in a loving home as soon as possible. Shelters are full and I really don’t think he has a great chance at being adopted in his current condition and age with all the care he’s going to need. He could very well be FIV positive or have leukemia/serious medical conditions so I have a pet free potential foster lined up.
I will post receipts, screenshots and proof of every last dollar that is spent from this fund on this baby on my TikTok account @cyberpeachie and any money leftover will be spent on food and supplies if there is any.
Cost breakdown
*I’m most comfortable going to the vet all my pets see rather than driving him far away to a big city for discounted treatments so this is based off of my hometown pricing*
$100 or $50 (call was confusing) FIV/leukemia test
$80 all shots and the appointment to address his swollen paw
$100 neuter (can go somewhere cheaper if absolutely necessary)
$? Antibiotics or wound care
$? Ear mites
$? Flea and tick treatment (depends on how many months I get and when I start it) for a year it’s usually $270 for nexguard but for just enough until he’s adopted it will be cheaper!
