AK House of Birria started during the pandemic as a home-based food business built on one goal—serving birria tacos made from scratch. What began in our kitchen quickly grew into a food truck that served our community and built a loyal following.
Now we are working to bring AK House of Birria back stronger than before.
We are raising funds to purchase a reliable food truck and cover the essential startup costs needed to relaunch operations. Our previous setup was taken out of service due to high repair costs, and we made the decision to step away from operations while we rebuilt our plan for a stronger comeback.
