Hello everybody, my name is Josh Kramer. I’m an international freestyle wrestler representing Ecuador, and I’m currently preparing for my 2026 wrestling season. My ultimate goal is to become an Olympic gold medalist, and every year of training and competition brings me one step closer to that dream.
To compete at the world level, I need consistent access to high-level tournaments, recovery resources, and world-class training. This season alone, the cost of travel, training camps, competition fees, supplements, rehab, sauna/cold tub sessions, and other essential recovery tools is estimated at $20,000. These are not luxuries—they’re the things that allow me to train harder, recover faster, and stay healthy enough to perform at the highest level.
A major focus of my 2026 season is getting at least 20 international matches before the World Championships. High-level matches are the single most important factor in closing the gap and reaching the top of the world stage—but each trip requires flights, lodging, transportation, and food. While Ecuador supports a couple of trips per year, the majority of these expenses come out of pocket.
That’s why I’m reaching out.
This fundraiser is my way of giving people who believe in my journey an opportunity to directly support my path to becoming one of the best wrestlers in the world. Every donation—big or small—helps me get to the tournaments, training camps, and recovery sessions I need to keep progressing.
Thank you all for taking the time to read this and for being part of my career. Your support truly means the world to me and helps keep this dream alive.
