Help Our Family Survive The Next Few Months

My family and I are in dire need. We have a lot of health issues. We've applied for disability but everyone knows that is a waiting game. In the meantime we've been unable to work and lost literally everything. We are living in the woods in tents. We have 2 dogs we will not give up and why we aren't in a shelter. We've been out here since January 1st. My husband is loosing his eyesight and is in need of a new pair of glasses. Our tents are falling apart due to wear and tear. Need a new one. Need essentials like water, food, dog food baby wipes. We just need help to survive the next few months. Please 🙏 if anyone can find it in their heart to help us please we need it.
