My father Gordon Barnfield passed away Sunday night at around 11 PM In Bakersfield, California. He was suffering from liver failure and passed quickly. He is survived by Myself, his sister, Kim Venegas and brother James Barnfield. His girlfriend Annette Petersen sat by his side until he took his last breath. I’m so very grateful that he had her during the last part of his life. What I am asking for help with is the cost of cremation only. Nothing more. Unfortunately he left no life insurance policy to cover end of life expenses.  I am comforted by the belief that he’s now with my brother and that hopefully he and my mom find some forgiveness and understanding of one another.
