I hope everyone had a great Memorial Day weekend thank God for those that made the ultimate sacrifice so that we can enjoy our everyday freedoms.

But not all wars are fought on the battlefield. Some are fought mentally within ourselves and it’s not just troops it’s friends, family, neighbors anyone. And Some people don’t always win the war within themselves that’s why I challenge you all to help raise money for suicide awareness by going 100 miles with me this month. I’ll be rucking, running, and or walking till I hit 100 miles at the end of this month. Today is June 1st so I started with a 6-mile ruck this afternoon. The math can be broken down into 3 miles each day for a month but, you can separate it into whatever works best for yourself.  The idea is to help build that mental strength and Calais the mind. Going 100 miles is not an easy task but just like life setting short-term goals for yourself can help make the process easier.
(The hardest part of your day is waking up.)

I’ll be posting my miles on social media every Sunday of June, so people can see where I am with my 100 miles if you would like you can join in and send me pictures of your mile trackers. 100 miles in 1 month can be a challenge so grab a friend if need be and keep each other accountable. And if you would like to donate there will be a link at the bottom of this post to help raise money for suicide awareness. I hope to see you all there at the end of June with 100 miles under your belt and stronger mindsets.
