On August 21, 2025, Preston was involved in a serious car accident on his way home from work from his new job that he had just started at a week prior. As a result, he suffered a badly broken ankle and multiple fractured ribs. He has already undergone two surgeries and will require several more in the coming months. His recovery will be long and difficult, and unfortunately, he won’t be able to return to work for quite some time. Preston and his wife, Savannah, are the proud parents of four young children. As many of you know, Savannah is also living with a heart condition, yet continues to work and do everything she can to support her family during this incredibly challenging time. She is doing her best to be there for Preston, take care of their children, and maintain their household—while also managing her own health. This fundraiser has been set up to help ease some of the financial burden they’re facing—from mounting medical bills to day-to-day expenses—as they work toward finding a new sense of normal.
