Our aunt has recently been found to have multiple tumors in her leg. While awaiting surgery to remove and test the tumors for cancer, she fell and broke her Femur. She was sent out of town to Morelia, Mexico because in Sahuayo where she is from they cannot care for her. During the surgery to repair her Femur and remove the tumors, they found an additional 2 tumors we had not known about. We are awaiting tests on the tumors, but we are well aware, as are the doctors, that 4 tumors is typically followed by a cancer diagnosis. Her surgery cost and ambulance ride out of her town is already $6000. We are asking for $15,000 to help pay for the rehabilitation and possible Chemotherapy. My Aunt Olivia is a Mother of 4 and a Grandmother to 5 little ones. Any help will do so that we may help to save her life with Chemotherapy treatment and to get her the rehab she needs to live a longer, much fuller life with her family. Thank you.
