Friends and family of Marshall Newby - we need your help!
Marshall has a four-year-old daughter, Annabelle. Annabelle has lived with Marshall her whole life. In September of 2025, Marshall filed for divorce from Annabelle’s mother, and Annabelle was separated from Marshall without a custody hearing. It took a while for the courts to process Marshall’s paperwork, and now is the time for Marshall to go to court for custody of Annabelle.
Marshall is seeking donations to pay for a guardian ad litem, an attorney who assists the judge in determining child custody. This guardian will seek out all individuals surrounding the case, interview them, and report back to the judge so the judge may make the most informed ruling in Annabelle’s best interest.
