Hello, my name is Felecia M. Jones and I’m reaching out with an open heart to ask for your support as I pursue my lifelong dream of becoming a nurse.
For over 22 years, I built a career in staffing management, dedicating myself to helping others find meaningful work. But the most meaningful and humbling work I’ve ever done came outside of any office—caring for my elderly, disabled mother until her passing in November 2023. Through this deeply personal experience, I discovered my true calling: nursing.
After being laid off from my career in staffing, I made the life-changing decision to follow my heart and step into healthcare. Nursing allows me to continue doing what I love most—helping people in their most vulnerable moments with compassion, comfort, and care.
I am currently attending South College, where I’m working toward my nursing degree. I’m proud to share that I’ve maintained a 4.0 GPA throughout my studies—a testament to how deeply committed I am to this journey.
To continue my education and complete my degree, I need help covering the significant costs of tuition, books, uniforms, clinical supplies, and other essential expenses. My goal is to raise $50,000 to ensure I can focus fully on my studies and clinical training, without financial barriers standing in my way.
