It is with great sorrow we are announcing the passing of Angelo Joseph Rickert. He was a son, brother, husband, father and grandfather. Joe served 15 years in the United States Army. After returning with major injuries to his back and knees. He also fought PTSD and severe depression. Due to multiple back and knee surgeries he was in constant pain.
Joe decided he couldn't live with his physical or mental pain any longer and lost his battle on November 14th unexpectedly. We are trying to bring him home to Georgia from Florida where he just purchased a home a year ago. Unfortunately there is no life insurance.
There will be a celebration of life as soon as we can get him back to Georgia. He will be laid to rest at Georgia's National Veterans Cementary in Canton, GA.
Please help us give him the burial he deserves. We need to raise $15,000 as soon as possible. My family would be very greatful for every donation.
