SavingMagnus

Magnus is a 11 year old rescue who ended up rescuing me. On December 27th I noticed his ear had swelled suddenly that morning and knew something was off. The vet was perplexed to what it was as well so she took a sample and sent it to the lab. On January 12th I got the call back. Mass cell cancer. My heart Sank but we made plans for the 13th to meet and discuss. The steroid she put Magnus on did seem to help a little which was a good sign and gives us hope it’s only grade 1. We are being referred to a specialist to look and make a game plan but surgery to remove the tumor is what all signs are pointing to. I know times are tough for everyone and I find it hard to ask for help when the world is in such a state. regardless of donations or sharing everything is appreciated. I am lucky enough to have some savings to help go towards his care and anything donated will go towards Magnus’ care for surgery and check ups. Thank you for caring for Magnus and giving him a chance. Despite his cancer he is still his goofy loving self and I know he has so much life left to live!
