Hello!
I am not one to ask for help, as I try to find solutions on my own. However, this time is different. I have separated from my spouse due to differences, Which resulted in my (future) former spouse to move back to their family home in town. I am currently dealing with an issue where my spouse is refusing to pay their share of the rent. I have been trying for the past 4 months to get their name off the lease, but I have been unsuccessful, and i am still trying to remove their name of the lease. Unfortunately, Ive been met with incompliance and now I have to figure out payments to avoid an eviction.
The current goal is to help me cover the remaining half of february's rent and March as I intend to sublease the entire unit with the hopes to move out by April to end this struggle. I know things are hard for everybody so I cannot express how grateful I am for any contribution made for this effort. I truly was not expecting this happen and do not wish it for anybody.
