Hello everyone, my name is Ben Rojas.
I’m a young athlete who lives in a same town in Washington. I’m a track and cross runner who has been very successful so far in my high school career. Went to state 4 times and plan to chase my dreams. The only problem is my income. I was offered to go to Australia through a program called Coast2Coast. This program sounded like a dream. They talked about how much fun they had competing and exploring. They offered me a spot on their US team, going against other countries. It sounded like an opportunity that would get me closer to my goal of being a successful runner. But I just don’t have enough money. My mom lost her job and my father passed a while ago. He was our source of our stable income and after he passed we have been struggling ever since. As a family has been getting through with the littlest we can. I can’t imagine not taking this opportunity. My goals go beyond my abilities. I will not stop following it even if it means asking for help. Please consider donating to me and making my drama and aspirations come true.

-We have reached our original goal which was crazy to me, to think that all these people support me and want to see me succeed. Lots of people have reached out and donated and I just wanna thank all these blessed and kind souls. Overall I do need at least 5,000 for the entire trip.
