I’ve created this fundraiser on the behalf of my friends, Boshra and Mohammad in North Gaza.
They have survived in North Gaza for the last year and they need your support to continue to meet basic needs.
Boshra and Mohammad are both disabled with mobility issues. Mohammad is paraplegic and suffers from open sores on his body due to bed rest and being in his wheelchair for long periods of time. These sores have needed treatment but there is no access to the proper medical care he needs.
They have no children and are now currently displaced with family. This is at least their 3rd time being displaced due to the aggression in the north. In June they were displaced for a month, but choose to return home because Mohammad is in a wheelchair and the home did not accommodate for this. He was not able to leave the room they lived in for nearly 30 days. They lived in their home for as long as they could until this most recent displacement.
This fundraiser is meant to help meet their daily needs for food and necessities. As we’ve heard, prices are expensive and food in the North is very scarce.
