I have accumulated a large balance with DTE due to illness and not being able to work. DTE has shut-off my lights and gas. I’m unable to have my grandkids come visit or prepare any meals. Every program I inquired were out of funds and therefore I’m reaching out for help amongst my community. With the days getting shorter and temperature colder, I don’t know how I’m going to survive this winter. I desperately need to get my utilities back on. I do work, but I do not have what DTE is requiring for my services to be restored, I really need some HELP – PLEASE!!!!
