Please help me save my custody!
I'm a victim of the so-called "silver bullet" method, a repulsive scheme used by some people during divorce to gain custody leverage.
My husband falsified my arrest and threw me out on the street in the middle of the holiday season at the end of 2025.
His goal was to cut me off from my 10-year-old daughter and gain leverage in obtaining custody.
I've been fighting in family court for 7 months to get my daughter back.
Even though my charges were dismissed by the District Attorney's office, in the process my husband managed to alienate my daughter from me and my side of the family.
The only way to expose my husband's lies and fabrications is through the trial process. Unfortunately, he has more money and a better attorney, and he is on a mission to financially exhaust me before we even get to trial. I already can't afford my legal fees, and the trial is not until January 2027.
Being under tremendous stress for the last seven months, I developed cancer.
Please help me raise money to be able to put up a fair fight against my husband, who successfully manipulated and abused the legal system to gain an unfair leverage over custody of my daughter, who means the whole world to me.
I'm an immigrant, and have no family here to fall back on. Please help me and my daughter if you can.
