As many of you know, Scott had brain surgery on August 29, 2022. The first surgery was unsuccessful and he had to have a second surgery on August 31st. This surgery created a brain bleed causing a stroke. He is unable to use his left side and will need skilled nursing and rehab. We are told to expect a long journey.
Scott has been a stay at home dad and I worked as an OTR truck driver, Liam is 10 yo and in 5th grade. Because of this stroke, I am having to stay home and care for Liam as well as try to find a place for Scott to do rehab ( this is a challenge as he has very special needs).
We need help keeping our heads above water. like everyone else we live week to week. It's scary and emotional to see things go bad so quickly.
Anything will be so appreciated and your prayers have given us much needed strength thru this.
