Payton has grew up in an abusive home, from having cases to being beat by his dad his whole life and even sicking things happen. Payton is only fifteen years old and has been through so much. He has tried getting away and he will be sixteen in August he is trying to get emancipated and get out of this toxic household. His father is abusive and a drug addict. He has grew up his whole life around drug addicts and abuse. He has contacted cps and the cops and they don't believe him on any of this without having proof. He is such a sweet and loving boy and it hurts everyone's heart to hear his story. I put together this so I could raise money for him to try and get him out, the cost of lawyers and even going to court is a lot especially when they don't let him have a job or go anywhere. They have trapped him in the house and won't let him go anywhere anymore because he told the cops about everything that was going on. I am trying my best with funds towards him but even I can't afford the costs this is going to take. He has had such a bad life for such a long time and now is time that something should be done.
