I rescued buddy from a fellow that found him in the middle of a field freezing, starving, suffering frost bite and he has a terrible cold and he was matted so much it hurt him to walk. There is matted hair around his genital area so it’s hard for him to pee as well as going poop. I am taking him to Carevet of Cochranton in Cochranton pa. If anyone if willing to help him out that would be great! I don’t have 600 to help him right now but anything will help!!! Thank you all so much!!
