I find myself in the difficult and sad position of again asking for help for someone I, and my family, love dearly. My sister, Ruth, is fighting with everything she has to stay with us. She is on life support after suffering a massive heart attack on November 7th. Unfortunately, even with insurance there are going to be enormous costs and as many of you know, her husband, Steve, is a small business owner who employs both himself and their only child, Jill.
