Hi!
I'm Tori, born and raised in Orinda, CA, and a graduate of Miramonte High School and UNLV.
With 18 years dedicated to golf, my journey began at Tilden Park Golf Course. From competing on my middle school team at Orinda Intermediate, to challenging myself in numerous Junior events, my passion for the game has been unwavering, propelling me towards my goal of reaching the LPGA and making my mark on tour.
As you may or may not be aware, there is currently a lack of representation for African American players on the LPGA tour, and the percentage is notably low on mini tours such as the Women's All Pro Tour, Next Golf Tour, and the Epson Tour.
One of the main contributing factors to this underrepresentation is the scarcity of resources. The overall cost associated with pursuing a career on the LPGA tour is substantial, amounting to approximately $30,000. This sum encompasses various expenses, including hotels, food, gas, rental cars, flights, entry fees, and practice rounds. Clearly, it's a significant financial burden, and as the saying goes, "it takes a team to win."
In light of this, I am deciding to take a leap of faith and ask for help to support a talented female minority golfer in overcoming these financial barriers. The assistance provided will cover entry fees, hotel expenses, and the aforementioned costs associated with participating in tournaments. By joining forces and rallying behind this cause, we can make a meaningful impact and help pave the way for increased diversity and representation in the world of professional golf.
I am excited about the prospect of making a positive change together!
Thank you for BELIEVING. Now let’s change the Future of Golf.
“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” Romans 8:28
With love,
