End of last year we noticed that Miles had started to drool consistently out of one side of his mouth. He also started having problems eating any type of hard kibble/snack and has issues eating his wet food- it looks like the wet food tries to eat him, not the other way around. His drooling out of the right is still increasing, now leaves drool spots over himself and the rest of the home.
Our vet recommend a dental procedure to be able to find out the cause of his drooling and to be prepared for a possible tooth extraction.
For now Miles some anti nausea meds and pain meds to help keep him comfortable until we can afford to pay for this dental procedure.
He is the sweetest most loving rescue and I don’t want him to continue to suffer in their typical stoic silent cat pain, any help goes a long way. Miles says thank mew, and gives a currently slobbery kiss.
Hello all! Past due for an update. But it’s been exceptionally hard for me to talk about. We discovered a mass on his jaw about two weeks ago, took him in last week and it was recommended to get an X-ray ASAP. The mass was hard/not feeling like a cyst & came on rather quick.
