My best friend Krissy of 24 years has been the most selfless, supportive, and generous person I have EVER met. The profile picture is her in Argentina working with the kids that live in a very dangerous and poor community. She was not paid for this trip, she paid to do this because THAT is how selfless she is. Krissy left a negative home life and lives on her own and has always paid for everything herself, her car, schooling, food, and has helped others even when she was struggling herself. She does not ask for help and I recently found out how hard things have really been. She doesn't know if she will make her rent for the last 3 months of this year since her internship before graduating with a masters in psychology needs her to spend a certain amount of time with them which had cut her hours nannying by more than half. She would never ask for money, and even if she did I unfortunately am in a tight spot as well, but for her it really is a NEED. She spends no money on herself, hand makes presents and cards, etc. She isn't a spender, this help would literally save her. Please consider donating even just a little. You have no idea what this would mean for her. She'll have a roof over her head while she finishes her dream in becoming a psychologist for children who have been through trauma. She plans on specializing in play therapy and working with really difficult cases. She will do amazing but she just needs a little help in getting there. Anything helps. Thank you.
