Hi, my name is Lisa and I’m raising funds to help repair my parents’ home.
My parents have spent their lives putting family first and doing the best they could with what they had. The home they live in is more than just a house — it’s where we were raised, where countless memories were made, and where they are trying to continue living safely.
Unfortunately, my parents currently have no source of income, and over time the house has developed serious repair issues that can no longer be ignored. We have done everything we could to fix the problems ourselves — patching, repairing, and covering costs little by little — but the damage has now become too expensive and too extensive for us to handle on our own.
The needed repairs include roof damage, plumbing issues, electrical problems, structural concerns, leaks, damage floors, and these issues are now affecting the safety and livability of the home. Watching my parents worry about their home when they have no income to fall back on has been incredibly difficult.
I’m starting this fundraiser to help cover the cost of these urgent repairs so my parents can have a safe, stable place to live. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward repairing their home and easing a burden they should never have to carry alone.
