As many of you know, our dear friend and healer, Stuart White was falsely accused and convicted of a terrible crime on December 19, 2023 and sentenced to 25 years in prison. Stuart is absolutely innocent of this charge. Our mission is to see that justice is served and Stuart is freed.
Currently, Stuart’s legal team is working diligently to appeal this conviction. There is every reason to believe and hope that Stuart’s conviction will be overturned.
This process is lengthy, resulting in substantial legal fees, fees that are beyond what Stuart and Nicole can afford without the financial help of friends and family. Aside from justice being served, this is a plea to help bring Stuart home to his wife and their two children who bear the weight of his absence every day. The devastation to their family is monumental. Their faith that he will be returned is what keeps them going.
We are reaching out to you and the community who know Stuart best. Any amount of financial support you can provide will be received with heartfelt gratitude. If you are not able to contribute financially, your continued prayers and thoughtful sentiments for Stuart are equally valued and appreciated. Nicole has read all received cards, letters, emails, and text messages to Stuart. He accepts these messages with deep gratitude and expresses how much he feels loved and cared for.
All money received will go into the dedicated “appeals fund” bank account that was established in January, to be used solely for Stuart’s legal expenses.
We know that God has ordered all the days of Stuart’s life and that he will be restored and vindicated.
