Hello, my name is Ayden, I am 23 years old, & after suffering from migraines & intermittent lose of eye muscle control for the past 5 years. I have recently been diagnosed with a rare brain tumor, known as a Chordoma. The tumor is located near the pituitary gland & I have been advised by my neurosurgeon that without treatment I will likely lose my eyesight & the tumor will continue on a path down my spine. 
My initial treatment which should commence in the near future would start with base of skull surgery. This surgery would be followed with (cyber knife) laser surgery & then multiple treatments of radiation to help eliminate the tumor with as little damage as possible, this tumor isn't responsive to chemotherapy. 
I currently live with my beautiful girlfriend Anika & our dog Percy; We are staying with Anikas grandma during the pandemic. 
We are seeking funds to travel from Texas to stay in California for the surgeries & treatment, where I have some insurance coverage. I hope that you will give my request some consideration. As a young man who is used to being active, this diagnosis is really devastating. It is hard to think of ones own mortality & at 23, I thought that I would just have a normal life. I am hopeful that my neurosurgeon & his team will be able to give that to me. I would so appreciate anything that you can contribute.
