On June 28, 2026 I had to call an ambulance for John Brian after his left leg gave out and he was struggling to breathe. He was initially sent home, but just a few days later he returned to the ER by ambulance, where doctors discovered multiple pulmonary embolisms and blood clots in both legs. After several serious complications, we're incredibly grateful that he survived.
As John Brian prepares to come home, he'll need a few essential items to help with his recovery, including a bariatric shower chair, a bariatric rollator (walker with a seat), and a lift chair to help him safely sit and stand. These items are costly, and we're asking for any support the community can offer.
Every donation, no matter the amount, will help John Brian regain his strength and independence. Thank you for your kindness, prayers, and support.
