On April 4th 2022 my grandson went into sudden cardiac arrest he was misdiagnosed with pneumonia a week before the incident, later on flown to Loma Linda where they later discovered he had multiple tumors which one grew into his heart from the liver causing his sudden cardiac arrest we were told he had hepatoblastoma a very rare cancer in kids aka liver cancer. The next couple days they planned open heart surgery to get as much of the tumors out we were told it’s a very risky surgery to prepare for the worse as the same day we baptize Pacheco and most family came to visit before surgery day. Pacheco did so well they got what there were able to see in his chest and heart he started breathing on his own next day and walking, 11 days later he started his first round of chemo he was in clinical trial we were desperate to try anything that will work he was showing improvement in the beginning then January 4th 2023 he had a lobectomy of the liver they cut 25% of his liver that’s where most of the cancer was, it was a size of a lemon, he did great in the surgery the original plan was to get a liver transplant, but in order to get a liver transplant, you can’t have cancer outside the liver which Pacheco still had spots in his lungs, and we had to move fast because his the cancer was still alive and growing unfortunately he finished his treatment plan he still has multiple spots of tumors, he just had a CT scan and our oncologist said was not looking too good got new tumors and still growing in the liver and to look for 2nd opinions, we got a call yesterday to see if we could fly to Cincinnati where there’s a doctor, who specialize in that type of cancer to see what else we can do for him, so we’re asking for help if you could please donate and share Pacheco story, anything will help with medical and travel expenses, and much appreciated God bless, thank you 🙏 💙🙏
