So shortly after chemo started last fall I started immunotherapy. It was two drugs and the plan was to stay on it 2 years post chemo to help keep the cancer away. Well unfortunately I had some side affects come up and some damage has happened. The cancer doc decided to take me off one of them and I am not comfortable continuing the other drug right now.
Today I went to a Deerfield Natural Medicine clinic who can offer alternative treatments and immune support. They did some blood work that will help detect cancer early. Checking hormones, Vit D levels, and several others plus a BM analysis to help support my gut health.
I am currently not working but am receiving disability insurance. I have a roof over my head, food in my belly and my kids and I have everything we need. Unfortunately I do not have the funds to do the natural medicine as recommended but they are very willing to work within my budget. In a time where so many are hurting I feel bad to ask for any help but here I am. Please consider helping me stay healthy so I can be the best mom, daughter and community member I know I can be with optimal health.
